Kindergarten and new student admissions
The admissions packet includes enrollment forms, emergency information, family agreements and the school handbook. Complete and sign it online, or download it below. Contact the Main Office for help.
Documents Families May Need
Prepare for the conversation.
The packet includes a document checklist for identity, immunization and health records, previous-school records, and any applicable custody or medical forms. Upload available records while completing the online packet, or contact the Main Office for help.
Transportation
Plan the trip to school.
School transportation is available, subject to current eligibility and routing. Review the family transportation overview while considering enrollment.
