Website privacy notice

Online admissions

The admissions packet collects parent and student contact details, enrollment information, emergency contacts, transportation choices, health and immunization records, permissions, supporting documents, and electronic signatures. The school uses these records to review enrollment, arrange student services, and document your choices. Please provide only records requested for your child.

Packets and uploaded records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Staff access requires sign-in and separate office authorization; ordinary staff access does not provide admissions access. Email notifications contain a packet reference and a sign-in link rather than the child’s answers or medical documents.

Saved sessions and shared devices

A browser cookie allows you to reopen your saved packet in the same browser for up to seven days. Anyone using that browser may be able to access it. Use a private device, download your completed packet, and select “Close saved session” when finished. Closing the session does not remove the school’s submitted copy. Unsubmitted drafts are scheduled for cleanup after the saved-session period. Submitted records are retained for school records handling; contact the office about retention or disposal rather than assuming that closing the browser deletes them.

General messages and outside services

General contact, tour, employment, and admissions inquiry forms use Web3Forms to deliver messages to the school. Do not send private student, health, custody, identity, or personnel documents through these forms. Use the secure admissions packet for enrollment records or call the office to arrange another approved method.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Sanity manages public website content; files uploaded there must be suitable for public release. Staff sign-in uses Google through Auth.js. Some school links open Google Forms or other providers, which handle information under their own settings and notices. A staff-page login does not make a linked external file private.

Cookies, logs, and your choices

Necessary cookies support staff sign-in and saved admissions sessions. Hosting and security services may process technical request information. The current site code does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics trackers. This website’s enrollment forms are intended for parents or guardians.

Call the office to request access to or correction of school records, discuss privacy concerns, or arrange a paper alternative. The school may verify identity before releasing records. Do not include sensitive records in an initial general inquiry. See student records and parent rights for more information.
