School transportation is available. Use this current-use overview to understand eligibility, stops, registration, contacts, and safe conduct.
Eligibility & Stops
Know where transportation is available.
School-choice students may use depot-stop locations. Students living within a two-mile radius of the school are not eligible for school bus transportation. Transportation is not provided to babysitters, daycares, grandparents’ homes, parents’ workplaces, or friends’ homes.
Before Riding
Register and keep contacts current.
Bus registration and current emergency-contact information are required. Students should arrive at their designated stop 10–15 minutes before pickup. Younger students require adult supervision at stops.
Stop Changes
Route requests go through transportation.
Stop-change requests must go through transportation and routing. Contact the school or district transportation office rather than arranging an informal alternate stop.
Bus Safety Expectations
Safe conduct protects every rider.
Follow the driver’s directions, remain seated as directed, keep aisles clear, use respectful voices and behavior, and board and exit only at the assigned stop. Families should review safe conduct before a student rides.
